The Presidential Family

A President who looks like me . . . fascinating for me because it's just never happened before. I don't remember a more unpretentious president than our Obama. I think it'll have a positive effect to have so many Americans identifying with the character he and his family displays.

I can see why some people who are haunted by newsfolks can get really annoyed.

3. I remember feeling the same way about Bill Clinton...

...he was in a suit but wearing a Timex Ironman watch, the same one I wore at the time.

BTW, who is the young feller with them?

I remember him jogging around Little Rock. And I still have the image of the young family standing outside of the State Capitol the night of his election - he had taken a short walk hours before with just a few SS and a few reporters wondering how his life would change.

This cat we've got now, though . . . he's looking even more down to earth, if it's possible. Hope he stays that way.
