I support voting representation for DC in both houses of Congress, but this bill also gives Utah another electoral vote in the presidential election (which DC already has). Utah may very well get their new seat after the 2010 census, and that's fine, if that's what the census warrants, but it seems like Utah is just trying to get a do over because they didn't get all of their overseas Mormon missionaries counted in 2000.

It seems pretty non-partisan when you have such ideologically different areas getting help with the same legislation. Good for them.
