Who is this guy? What's his deal?

one of the complaints:

I ordered the 'free' e-bay instruction computer disc, I did not recieved the e-bay disc but so far I have recieved five discs not requested at a cost of $179.00. Such scam artist should not be allowed to continue cheat people both on computer ads or TV Info-murtials. I have tried to call the
customer support number given with no results. I don't feel the number is to help people, but to continue the scam.

A couple years ago we got a hard back book on some shit that neither my wife or I had ordered and a few days a bill for that book came in the mail. I talked to my postmaster and he said if I/we had not ordered the book then it was in fact ours to keep. I look at the bill and there is a number to call if we had any questions so I call and tell them what the postmaster told me but they kept saying that someone ordered it for you so you have to pay, you is us. finally after a little while the person on the other end of the phone said that I would be recieving a packet with return postage etc in the mail and to send it back to them but by then I was a little perturbed so I just flatly told them that would not be possible because I had actually used the book as kindling this morning and the person said kindling and I said yes kindling like you use to start a fire in a fire place with. All I heard was something inaudible and the phone going dead. Never got the packet to send it back and never heard another word or recieved another bill from them. :rofl:

may he RIP ordered the CD from him years ago. He tried to send it back as he could not follow it and got a rash of shit from them despite the guarantee that he could get his money back. He gave up.
