1. Yes
But there are still some dickhead Coleman legal maneuvers going on, so he wasn't sworn in yesterday with the rest of the incoming class.

He will be, though, and because it'll be just Franken, it'll be that much more special.

2. yes and no
He won the recount but is being sued by Coleman. Chances are all that will happen is he will be delayed from being seated for a few more weeks.

5. Weeks? We need some information from MN state gov. that says weeks instead of months/years.

4. It ain't over till it's over. Patience is a virtue and Franken has it.
I think he believes in following the law and process as it is in MN. Good idea.

8. yes, but Pawlenty refused to sign his "papers" so Teeth Coleman
had plenty of time to run to the courts & try to tie it up for weeks-months..

I know Al's being laid back about it, but I think he NEEDS to go to DC, and at least start making some TV appearances..

he does not need to do a Full twisting Burris, but he needs to get OUT THERE and remind people that he was DECLARED THE WINNER, after the most publicized & open re-count..EVER..
