2. Palin is the embodiment of every negative stereotype that women have worked years to overcome.
Every time she opens her mouth, I want to stuff Bush's foot in it.

5. I agree!
WHY is this witless woman getting so much airtime? I think most women in this country cringe every time she shoves her mug in front of a camera and there's a microphone to pick up and broadcast the total inanity.

As for Kennedy's treatment, I seem to recall her being savaged for her "you know" during her interview.

Sarah Palin, shut the fuck up and go away. Now, please.

14. Meow, Kitty Cat, To me,Palin is what the Feminist Movement has always been about.
Choices . If women are only free to choose what you or I want them to be----that is no choice at all. HePr daughter is as tough and outspoken as she is and I applaud them both..

I applaud you too but I do find your violence against women imagery somewhat perplexing. Stuffing a man's foot down a women's throat ? Well whatever......
.....I've known people with stranger fantasies.

Palin seems to have energized a lot of peo-chice women in the Republican Party. Meg Whitman running for governor of California. May lead to lots more women in office, which I think is great. When a group is a majority of the citizenry and so woefully under represented, it is no wonder the country is in a mess.

Looks like it has been mainly males leading us over the cliff. Are you planning on running for office?

17. I suppose you're just as proud of Bush then. Right?
He's inspired idiots on the right to not only run for office, but to spout obviously racist and hateful rhetoric... not mention getting them to throw the constitution and geneva convention laws out the window.

Palin is a complete bafoon, and an embarrassment to women everywhere. Meg Whitman didn't need palin to think to herself - look, I could be like her. No - it was probably more like if that idiot can do it, why can't I. I'm not a 'fan' of Whitman, but I find it insulting for her, that you would put her in the same boat as Palin, or suggest that Palin is her inspiration.

22. You're joking, aren't you?
How exactly is Sarah Palin "accomplished"? She was a beauty pageant contestant? She managed to get herself elected to a city council position in a town of what, 5500? She's now governor of a state of less than 700,000?

She thinks winking and "you betcha" is quality communication?

Caroline Kennedy has a law degree. She's written several books. She's raised millions for the New York City school system.

If Sarah Palin is "threatening the status quo," I need to lie down. You probably believe Britney Spears threatens "the status quo", too.

7.  That trashy "snow-billy" has nothing the literate part of this country could use.
She's a complete fraud, a filthy joke, the possible spritual child of Frank Murkowski, Ted Stevens, and Grizzly Adams.

Her continual attempts to hurl herself into the public eye are peculiar. She has nothing worthwhile to say when she gets our attention.

15. Agreed... and I applaud every woman who gets out there and runs the race. I wonder what
questions the so-called journalists will ask Meg Whitman (pro-choice ) Republican when she is running for governor of California. .. and who do we have to run against her?

11. ..all I can think of is that quote from Lloyd Bentson to Dan Quayle...
But during a 1988 vice presidential debate in Omaha, Bentsen delivered one of the most devastating slights ever. Turning to his GOP opponent, Sen. Dan Quayle, who had defended his inexperience as similar to that of John F. Kennedy, Bentsen responded with scathing disdain: "Senator," he said, "I served with Jack Kennedy. I knew Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you are no Jack Kennedy."

So Sarah "Trailer Trash" Palin... STFU
