But more concretely there's: conspiracy to commit war, conspiracy to falsify intelligence, conspiracy to mislead America, torture, embezzlement, abuse of power, illegal wiretapping, outing a CIA agent, civilian killing, election tampering and 1000s of cases of retaliation, cover-ups, destruction of evidence, altering scientific documents and court-tampering.
America goes nowhere unless these high crimes are accounted for, the crimes will just continue on every level of government.
