3. Why would Barnes want to sully his near perfect record?
Edited on Fri Jan-16-09 08:18 AM by Jim__
A part of his record:

On July 29, 2006, Barnes denied anthropogenic climate change on Fox News's Beltway Boys.

...

Barnes was a promoter and has been a continued supporter of the US war in Iraq. On 10 April 2003, he said "The war was the hard part...and it gets easier. I mean, setting up a democracy is hard, but not as hard as winning a war".<3> He has been called the "Last Bush Loyalist" for his continued loyalty to George W. Bush by Slate.com columnist Timothy Noah.<4>

...

In the days leading up to the 2008 United States election, Barnes was the only political pundit out of 27 cataloged by the Huffington Post (including Karl Rove, Alex Castellanos, Matthew Dowd, Ed Rollins, and George Will) to predict a John McCain victory for U.S President (286 to 252 electoral votes).<5>

He's almost always wrong. Why change now?

4. Planet Sphincter
Sphincterians live a cursed existence. While heads remain firmly implanted up their arses the muscle they are named after restricts blood flow to their heads which results in not so clear anal-ysis of any/all subject matter.
