What Are the Chances Someone Has Video of the Water Landing Plane? |
|
I have been expecting a cell phone video of some kind to surface showing the water landing of the plane yesterday. Surely, someone in NY started filming when they noticed a low flying plane near the city.
I would have thought one would have come out by now.

1. EXACTLY! You mean to tell me in the age of videophones that nobody whipped one out |
|
and took video of the plane landing?? I'm surprised this hasn't happened.

I have seen a clip showing the plane in flight but it was from a distance and it only showed the plane for a moment before the view was obstructed by buildings. For all I could tell it might not have even been the flight that went down. I know this much.Anyone with footage is gonna make a lot of money off of it.Not just now but for years into the future.Granted, the big bucks will come from the current media feeding frenzy but it will also be in demand in the future from the aviation industry for use for safety, training and other purposes.

It pisses me off that the GOP-controlled media expect people to give their footage away for free, as they get buttloads of money from advertisers.

that it hasn't surfaced by now. I agree that surely someone would have gotten at least quick footage of the plane right after hitting the water.

Wouldn't the NY port authority have cameras all over the river monitoring the goings-on?

for people to be out playing games with recording devices. It was damn cold and windy, about 25 degrees for a high yesterday. I know that isn't bad for you Great Lakers, but for us in the Mid-Atlantic, we don't stroll around in that.

10. Well GEM$NBC showed a clip |
|
of the aircraft in flight so I suspect it won't be long before we see video of the ditching.
