Not enough time for the 24/7 cable news outlets to cover Democratic press conference after the vote.
They let Lord Pissypants do some political theater, and then it was back to Anna Nicole Smith.

I guess 24 hours in a day isn't enough time to cover an 8 minute press conference by the Democrats.

4. They aren't talking about it at all. Anna Nicole Smith, Miss America, and Pet Food.
Although the pet food story is actually news that should be reported on. The other two are not.

3. And on the other hand he says
By a narrow margin. Well by a narrow margin== isn't that what he is supposed to have won the election by. And he sounds like he has a mouth full of mush doesn't he. He can't even read what is put in front of him.

By the way has anybody seen him and Laura together since they said he slurred her by calling her a name in front of the press. I haven't.

6. Hey - they've been doing this to Dems since BEFORE Bush took office - the only

full press focus they'll give a Democrat is if he had an affair = ala Clinton, Condit and McGreevy.

Kerry speaking to Firefighters Convention (who endorsed him) and challenging Bush to debate the swiftlies and their service records - Nope.

Equal time to Gore's plentiful accomplishments after 24/7 exaggerations of Bush's meager record in Texas - Nope.

8. "...exaggerations of Bush's meager record in Texas"
I began to notice bias reporting (in spurts) in the Corporate Media during the 2000 campaign. I remember "late breaking news" on a news site (I can't remember which one but it was one of the biggies) with the headline "Bush Campaigns in Wisconsin." I thought to myself "Is this really late-breaking news? Won't Gore campaign there too? And won't both candidates campaign there more than once?" However, I wasn't convinced yet that the Corporate Media had jumped to "whore" status. That finally sunk in when I heard Cokie Roberts on NPR report on a story about Bush's "charm offensive."

That did it for me...

I left the corporate media and haven't looked back.

7. It's unreal that any self-described news outlet could pass on this.
There is no bigger piece of news than the President having a showdown with the law and Congress. It's just amazing that they could pass on this for anything- let alone tabloid bullshit.
