My husband has been in the hospital the last 2 months and I'm taking care of a disabled Uncle and juggling work. Yes, I'm just this side of both exhausted and insane.
I'm totally out of touch. I need a quick rundown on Inaugeration coverage on the TEEVEE on Monday and Tuesday. I need to whip out the DVD recorder so hubby and I don't miss the whole sheebang - we will have to cheer and cry later as husband's surgery is tomorrow.
Someone - anyone -- is there a easy to find rundown of what's on the teevee regarding inaugeration festivities - and ideally I'd like coverage that doesn't have some stupid talking head ruining the whole damn thing with their idiotic voiceovers.
THANKS Rose

Barack's swearing in is at noon from what I understand. Actual coverage begins at 10am EST. Hope that helps. :)

You really need a treat. I really hope your husband is better soon, and that in the meantime you and he have a great time watching. Best wishes to the two of you and to your uncle.

5. DOESN'T ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S ON TV AND WHEN? |
|
I know there have to be 80 zillion parties, celebrations, speeches and hr long TV specials about Barack etc in preparation. I've looked on the Obama website and I see nothing. My local TV schedule tells me nothing.
HELP.
All I want to do is program the DVD recorder to record. I can get the actual inaugeration, just am hoping to get all the side stuff too.

12. I think the youth concert is the big event tomorrow |
|
I think it is on ABC/Disney. Michelle Obama to host. It is at 7pm. The inauguration will be on all day on all channels, including the cable channels. The ceremony starts at 11:30am est. The parade begins around 2:30 pm. Then they have the balls that night.
