Good Gawd! We have a winter storm warning.
I'm only 60 miles from Myrtle Beach. I'll be back. I now have to panic for a few minutes.
I will then race in my car to The Big Pig and get bread and milk. I don't know why it is
always bread and milk, but I think it is a tradition. Then I will wrap up in every piece
of clothing I own. It will be hard to walk.

I know those of you who have brazillions of cubic feet of snow are snorting at this.
I do feel for you.(Not sarcasm) I lived in snow country for a while and got a taste.
I salute you and wish you warmth.:patriot:

2. Good luck with that bread and milk.
I went last night at about 5:30 here in Rockingham and they were already getting low on both. They were low on Dr Peppers too, which REALLY irked me. x(

Have you seen the size of those snowflakes? We could see them through the frosted windows. That's pretty big. I opened the door and it was pouring down snow, er, or whatever you call it when it's coming down pretty fast.

9. It's been steadily going here since about 4:00 am.
It has been so long since I've seen snow, I have a strong urge to shoot at it and tell it to get off my lawn. It's just laying around everywhere. I mean, it's like, eating my car or something. I can't see my car. Is that supposed to happen? :yoiks:

3. Myrtle Beach?
Wow. I spent a most wonderful vacation there, some years ago. Got there at the end of Spring Break, when all the students were leaving (what a zoo!) But then we had the place pretty much to ourselves, except for all the seagulls, of course.

I can't imagine it under ice, or snow. Lots of flat roofs there. :scared:

Well, stay in and stay warm. It will pass.

:patriot:

4. In the winter, there are ice crystals on the beach.
I used to live there. Gawd, it's expensive, cold, and dreadful down there in the winter.

7. I think snowstorms must inspire to make bread pudding.
Those who haven't had a glass of milk in 20 years seem inclined to have to go buy it. :)

8. So that's what happened to winter
We wondered where it went. It is 63 and beautiful for today here on the border of Colorado/Wyoming/Nebraska. Of course now I have gone and done it. The weather will turn to hell soon because of my posting this.

13. My car is covered. I say covered
with at least an inch of snow and ice. Oh whatever will I do?
I'm having a fit of the vapors.
