6. I think msnbc.com did something to cover the booing. I didn't hear it. |
|
:(
Good to know it happened though. I'm sure YouTube will provide later today. :)

It's inappropriate. I think BHO would agree with me.
FWIW. Not all Americans agree with us about him being a war criminal, regardless of whether or not they are ardent supporters.

12. No. It's Barack's day. It's not a day to overshadow |
|
the joy we feel at Barack's taking office with our feelings about Bush. Silence would have been more appropriate than booing.

And, silence would have spoken much louder and not been met with disdain.
Time and place. This isn't a hockey game.

15. I don't disagree with you... |
|
But this is a democracy where people are free to voice their opinions. And the people have spoken loudly. I'm glad Bush finally heard it from "WE THE PEOPLE", how despised he is. He certainly was shielded from it during his Administration (God, how great it is to say that!!), and I hope that he was stung, embarrassed and hurt by it. He certainly deserved it.

16. I think Bush heard from WE THE PEOPLE loud and clear on November 4. |
|
Not to mention his 'approval' or disapproval ratings.
I am of the mind that certain ceremonies demand a certain amount of decorum. And, in all honesty, I don't think he gives a rat's ass. He already knows what everyone short of the 17% ers think of him.
He deserves to be charged with war crimes, IMHO. I don't think a handful of people booing him at Barack's inaugural ceremony did anything except look petty.

17. It did look petty. I don't disagree with you there |
|
But it was certainly petty for Bush's Administration to not let protesters protest except in small staging areas far from the media and out of his sight during his Inaugurations.

24. I completely agree there. Just think people were venting a little frustration at the past 8 years. |

It certainly wasn't dignified though. Crickets and silence would have spoken far louder.

I suppose it's easy for those who haven't seen their lives go to shit under this administration to judge everybody else.
But he deserves a boo and a shoe for everyone lost in the WTC, every soldier killed in his bloody wars and every wounded vet not getting the treatment he or she needs. Just for starters...
So there!
I'll settle for a donkey kick :kick:
