4. Aircraft can go forever.
A good part of the Nixon helicopter has been replaced with new parts. Look at the air duct in front of the turbine. Modern, ugly, aerodynamics, but more efficient than the smooth lines of the Nixon helicopter.

I'm certain all the electronics have been replaced too.

When you are transporting the President around a design known to be reliable is the first consideration.
