3. When a new session of the Illinois state house was sworn in
they immediately took another impeachment vote since the other vote was for the previous, expired session of the legislature.

So far Blago hasn't officially responded to the charges to the state Senate. The process is moving forward but the state senate isn't in session this week or next.
