I think I heard there is someone in Mississippi in prison for a similar case, but I don't remember the name.

should be consolidated in one place. I think it's a great idea. Free Scrushy - pardon them both.

2. Better yet, he should remove the GOPer judges and prosecutors in Alabama

who prosecute cases based solely on party lines. Siegelman wouldn't need a pardon then since a non-partial DoJ would drop the charges.
