With President Obama's transition complete, many now believe the former Republican presidential nominee will serve as a key congressional ally to the White House. We'll ask Senator McCain about how big a player he plans to be with the new administration, but also discuss the future of the GOP, the proposed economic stimulus and what to do about the terrorist detainees being held at Guantanamo Bay. The Senate Finance Committee released a $275 billion tax plan that largely tracks the priorities of President Obama and House Democratic leaders, attached to $180 billion in proposed spending for health, unemployment benefits and other programs.
