19. What did your crawl space do to you that inspired you to insult it? |

but I was mostly taking pictures of everybody and visiting -- and eating, of course. I did sit down and watch the end because it was pretty exciting.

And I was surprised at how that game held my attention! I even enjoyed The Boss... not the kind of stuff I listen to, but I dig his politics, so I gave him a chance:)

When a couple of the people in my gaming group bailed in favor of the game, the rest of us opted to go see 'Tale of Despereaux' at the $1.50 theater.
Chivalry, a Gentleman Mouse, and soup! THAT'S entertainment!

I have to give proper respect to the Arizona Cardinals ... I was pointing out to everyone I could that it wasn't a guaranteed blowout ... I pointed out how the New England Patriots were supposed to steamroll the New York Giants ...

when we pick a good - but normally crowded and noisy - restaurant to dine in.
It was heavenly last night at Z Tejas as we enjoyed wild mushroom enchiladas and pan-fried snapper in cilantro cream sauce and lots of good conversation in normal voices. :)
I think the game was on at the bar, but the place was civilized and quiet.
Good times.

in a way that ruins so many players' mental and physical health permanently. It is just slightly less gruesome than watching gladiators, in its impact on players. There's baseball, soccer, basketball, etc., but somehow this most harmful of sports is the most popular.

23. Poll actually fits in with the rest of America. |
|
About 1/3 of DU watched the game, which is about the amount of all Americans. Then you add more of the people who watched some, and its about half of DUers watched. NBC says around 148 million Americans watched at least some of the super bowl.
