Republicans: STFU!!
Someone had to say it. Since Congress won't, I suppose it will have to be us.

They're policies failed. The were voted out by fellow Americans. Why should we listen to their terrible ideas any more?!?!

We shouldn't. They need to listen to us.

How can we put more pressure on them to STFU and the Dems to tell them? I'm losing it here!

5. No, we should have democracy. 58 million people deserve representation too.

I don't want to run things the way the Republicans did.

9. I don't disagree with representation
Edited on Tue Feb-03-09 12:30 AM by margotb822
but do failed ideas deserve representation? Haven't we had enough of their disaster causing? Being obstructionist is not representation. Neither is lying. The Republicans have yet to actually govern and, instead, are wasting their breath.

13. Wait? When did this turn into a conspiracy?
Actually, I'll settle for Republicans just telling the truth if the Dems will stand up and speak for the 69 million who voted for them (Well, Obama, but you get what I'm saying).

2. If the House passed another version of the economic stimulus plan with all the repug ideas stripped
out of it they might get a clue.

even if the Senate never voted on it we would still be sending a message.

7. They were voted out not just once, but TWICE...
I think that should be said over and over and over.

10. Yes!
I know that they have spines, they just need to use them. Dems need to get on the airwaves and continue to hammer home the "winning" theme.

8. Elect more gay Democrats.
We know exactly how to back them off and tell them to STFU. As it stands now, we are the Democrats who want to do that more than any other, yet we have no power to do that. As it stands now, they are all rubbing elbows and playing nice to each other, which means the Republicans will still be running things.

You want to back the Republicans down. Put their mortal enemies in front of them. They are really afraid of us...and we know it.

15. I thought mortgage rates were low already
The problem is in the housing value.

But, I can accept that. We'll take that and ditch the lame, proven failure of their tax cuts.
