Should Obama veto the bill if it lands on his desk in the Oval Office and tell the Senate to try again?

1. No, Obama should just do what he wants to it with signing statements.

Tempting as it is, I want Obama to distance himself from this whole "Unitary Executive" folly.

but even if the Senate passes it as described, it still has to go to conference committee to work out differences with the House bill... so it will change some more.
