In Montréal, the price of the houses climb of 3% in 2008 ....

In spite of a decline of the sales of 37 percent in the metropolitan region of Montreal the last month with regard to January, 2008, the median price of a unifamiliale house continued to increase by 3 percent, according to data published on Wednesday by the real-estate Chamber of Big Montreal ( CIGM).

The same things happen in 1982 but in reverse: Inflation in Toronto, The Canadian Bank put a higer interest rate on every body, and then Montréal economy go down.
