6. and now more people will lose jobs..BUT I have a feeling that a LOT of those
people who worked there, had to know that their practices were unsanitary/unsafe/illegal..and yet no one "blew the whistle".:(

Cases like this are the main reason we NEED whistleblower protection..it's not just about money..it's about saving lives..

3. Let them. THen they can not do it again for seven years. Let the Civil suits begin after they go
bankrupt. The CEO also needs to face criminal charges.

7. The company owners can form a new company this afternoon and
bankrupt it tomorrow if they feel like it - the 7 year thing only sticks to us mere mortals.

Corporations are treated differently because of the way they're structured.

10. Even though corporations take advantage of person-hood, they also can hide behind
business laws for bankruptcy. Why do they have it both ways?. We need to get rid of person-hood for corporations.

What really needs to be done is to release the pot smokers from prison and imprison several thousand CEOs and Board of directors for fraud, theft, money laundering, bribery. You know the normal republican way of doing things.
