So Obama passes stimulus, gets GOP Congress to vote against it |
|
and be all vocal about it, gets GOP governors to turn down parts (especially helpful things like unemployment)and gets plenty of them on the record saying they don't want it - has clause in there that the state legislators can take it anyhow (which they will so everyone can still benefit from Obama's plan).
Not a bad week when it comes to getting the Red base pissed at their leadership! Play with us or consign yourselves to the dustbin of history even more - now that's my idea of bipartisanship.

1. So if Rick Perry turns down all our stimulus money |
|
Our state legislators can still get Texas the money? Good cause almost everyone I know is on unemployment right now and they would have been ready to break some shit if we got cut off. Its not like anyone is hiring right now.

4. Wish I was the one to have made that analogy up... |

But that is what has been said by others. It does fit the situation well doesn't it?
