CPAC audience roars with applause when speaker suggests Obama wasn’t born in U.S.

ThinkProgress is attending the right-wing Conservative Political Action Conference today. Earlier this afternoon, Cliff Kincaid, head of a conservative group Accuracy in Media, introduced Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN). Kincaid suggested that President Obama is a communist, then suggested Obama was not born in the United States — to which the crowd cheered wildly.

Watch it at link~

Despite the fact that it has been thoroughly and repeatedly debunked, radical conservatives continue to peddle the ridiculous myth. Last weekend, Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL) noted that he had never seen Obama’s birth certificate. Trying to calm the ensuing firestorm, a spokesman for Shelby claimed the senator “was not saying and I’m not saying he (Obama) is or isn’t {a U.S. citizen}, he was just saying he hasn’t seen one (a birth certificate).”

1. "Back in the 1980s, at least we knew we had a President that was born in the United States!"
You stay classy, GOP.

3. That's right! He even cranked "Born in the USA" at his campaign rallies!!!
That is, until Bruce Springsteen told him to fuck off.

10. Well I think that's pretty damned weird, because I was just thinking
the other day that I have never seen Shelby's birth certificate. It must be because he's a damned traitorous, commie asshole. Now he may not be a murderous serial killer, but I find it pretty fucking suspicious that he hasn't knocked on my door to prove he isn't. He was penpals with Hitler, too, because he hasn't proved to me he wasn't. I can't say for sure if he's a wife beater, because, so far, he hasn't proven to me he's actually married and not living in SIN. He may well be just a mistress beater.

What an asshat.

Well...yeah, I guess it is Kincaid!!

Especially the manic part.

Conservatives quoting, adopting, and referring to 60s anti-establishment rock bands and their songs, is soooo hilarious!!

And to think Republicans will try to stop funding for mental health.
