Very shortly the GOMERS OF POLITICS are going to realize they have been played.
The Rush wars will be over, and Micheal Steele will be replaced.
Then it will be time to bring up Immigration.
Not to really do anything, but because it splits the GOP.
The first faction, the rich/Agribusiness wants the cheap labor.
The other Faction, the poor dumb Rabid patriot lobby, wants no Immigration at all.
This promises to further split the 20%ers.

Because it will put them out of harm's way for a long, long time. And that's good for the country.

The thing is, they are so used to being the only tricksters, and were still expecting the Dems to be playing straight with them. We are the honorable, patriotic and straightforward party after all.

Not that we are not still honorable and patriotic. But a little wiley Chicago politics thrown in the path of the GOP is only what they deserve about now.

2. Last thing we need right now

is more people in the labor force.

You don't have to be a poor dumb rabid right-winger to figure out that the importation and retention of foreign labor isn't in America's best interest at this time. America needs to think about America first - even if you want to help the world and don't care about the USA in particular, the world as a whole will do best with a healthy USA to anchor and stabilize it.
