1. Thanks for this - I've been looking for it

I wanted to go over some of this and see just exactly what the furor is about. I've had two people come into my office today screaming about "What about your guy Obama promising to cut earmarks and this thing has billions of dollars of them in it!". Kind of hard to argue when I don't have the list in front of me to look over and have some background on it.
