Metaphysical question: If someone can't remember committing a crime, are they guilty?
Because it seems to me we are going to have an awful lot of convicted GOP amnesiacs pretty soon.

2. I've never heard of that sort of shot.
But the rampant *selective amnesia* the Bush Regime suffers from must also be the only illness that occurs solely in political parties. :sarcasm:

7. if you actually know of such a drug, PLEASE let those of us working with PTSD victims know about it-
would certainly have made my job easier these last 35 years.

9. Many people commit crimes while under the influence
of alcohol and can't remember. I think they should still be held responsible. Even more so for public officials, because hopefully they weren't drunk when they committed their crimes and were totally conscious.
