1. I don't think there was a second suit filed

The first one was goofy enough, and they appealed its dismissal. In August, this past year, as I recall, the appeals court upheld the dismissal.

Party's over for the Plames. They never really had a chance.

I'm not sure if the Wilson's are willing to appeal to whole DC Circuit or not. The dismissal was on jurisdictional grounds. I don't see the court reversing that.
