Where do conservatives get their definition of "perversion" anyway?

Recently in a debate with a conservative who thinks that there shouldn't be anti-discrimination bills protecting gays from discrimination because it is a "perversion".

I asked him, what exactly does "perversion" mean and why do gays fit under this definition.

He has yet to respond, oh, he did ad hominem attack me, but he hasn't answered the question.

So, in your experiences, where do you think conservatives get their definition of "perversion" from?

Of course he is....Why let him off the hook with a label(s) that all republicans prefer, like GOP or Conservative?

Republican is now a dirty word, and many have worked hard to make it what they are, filthy fucking lying hateful greedy republicans.

6. Any sex that they aren't having

or admitting to having.

On the other hand, they do not consider invading a country for no reason a perversion. They don't consider torture a perversion. They don't think corporate greed and keeping all citizens from having access to health care a perversion.

So, consensual sex that they aren't having - BAD

Hurting other people in order to enrich yourselves - GOOD

I chose "other" because I think their definition of "perversion" is anything they don't want someone else doing even though THEY might be doing the same thing themselves.
