The first words out of my mouth this morning was STFU. As I fall asleep at night I listen to Coast to Coast radio some UFO Supernatural Program(yeah I know) it is broadcast on a RW radio station, so this morning my dogs were restless and woke me up. What do I hear??? A compete and total bashing of our President, and I'm laying there thinking...... Now i have no idea how I got so steamed that early or in about 3 min I wanted to throw my radio against the wall. I grabbed my cell and started GROGGY DIALING. Hey, they asked for callers as they were breaking for commercials. Some woman answers, "I would like to speak to Jerry Agar" "Oh we ran out of time,do you have a message for him?" "Yeah tell him to SHUT HIS MOUTH!" " Okay.anything else?" "Yes, IN 8 YEARS YOU HAVE NEVER QUESTIONED,and now I have to wake up to this BULLSHIT??? Tell him to SHUT HIS FUCKING MOUTH!!!
I really don't think I can take this hypocrisy, the constant degrading,and lies being pushed by Corporate Media. I turned off a while ago, but to think the thousands of people being fed this,and
believing it?? For fucks sake, how short is their memory??? We had a god-damn President for 8 yrs
who attended Harvard and couldn't talk better than my 5 yr old niece, and they are bitching about a teleprompter??

Ed Schultz, Thom Hartman, Ron Reagan, I really don't find Stephanie Miller funny, although my ex does.

My father moved to Wisconsin, surrounded by RWers but he has Sirius and listens to Talk Left.
He does get Ed Schultz, which I'm sure he is grateful for being a good decent Card Carrying Electrician for 30 years.

11. It's Audio Caffine

I like to call the show Space Ghost Coast-To-Coast, as Noory can't leave a conspiracy or some paranormal bit untouched. I figger those who listen to this must need it to stay scared awake...pod people and third shifters who eat this crap up.

Sounds like you made the big mistake of listening to WLS. While I grew up with that station, it's ceased to exist on my radio when Mike Malloy and Jay Marvin left. Don Wade and his idiot wife are your typical hate radio spewers with a small audience...a far cry from the days of Larry Lujack and Animal Stories.

But have some faith...Citadel...the company that owns the station is nine toes over the financial abyss. Their stock dropped off the NYSE and is now sellng OTC at 4 cents a share. That says a lot about the "quality" of this station and others, like WABC.

Far better choices are on the FM dial...the further left you go, the better the radio in Chicago sounds.

13. Guilty Pleasure.

I've always loved conspiracy stuff, takes the mind off of more ulcer producing things. Relaxation if you will, an escape. I wish Roma would have stuck her foot up Wade's ass a long time ago. She is a bright cheery voice in the morning, not a great thinker, but soothing, her husband is an ass!!!

14. It's All An Act...

A friend of mine was a Producer and used to laugh at how lazy and vacuous both of them are. They'd come in about 30 minutes before the show...he'd hand them the talking points...Wade would thumb through a couple papers and that was all the "preparation" he did. Roma was busy making sure there was plenty of coffee and donuts. I just don't have the tolerance for ignorance...must be the fun of getting older.

For the most part, I'm tuned to the far left end of the FM dial...college and public stations. WBEZ, WZRD (if you're on the North side), WDCB, WNIJ and Wisconsin Public Radio offer a lot more substance than even WCPT on most days. WLS and WIND are banished from my dial.
