He's a mean-spirited, angry, narrow-minded, pontificating, holier-than-thou, sarcastic blowhard. And when he's not angrily haranguing there's that resigned, world-weary tone in his voice (like he's being forced to deal with idiots all the time) and contemptuous sneer on his lips. Dreadful man.
