In relation to this story:

U.N. 'Climate Change' Plan Would Likely Shift Trillions to Form New World Economy

The 16-page note, obtained by FOX News, will be distributed to participants at a mammoth negotiating session that starts on March 29 in Bonn, Germany, the first of three sessions intended to hammer out the actual commitments involved in the new deal.

Now to me it brings to mind some source or other leaked it to them, or some such thing.

Why did they need to 'obtain' it when they could have just went to the web site and read it:

Which is linked from here:

I dunno, just find this wording interesting...

2. I read it as an attempt to imply that the material in question was concealed,
and the media had to make an extra effort to get it (sometimes that's even true).

It seems to be the RW buzz of the week, I was listening to Rush on a long drive recently and a lot of his blather had to do with the 'secret report' that would 'expose' the 'hoaxers' as 'anti-capitalist swine attempting to take over the world.'

So much of the of the AGW skepticism depends on conspiracy theory - this is just a manifestation of that...

5. "Uh, it fell off the back of a truck."
As for the report, most likely it was in their e-mail when they woke up.
