They hate you because you're poor, useless eaters that suck away their profits and cause the government to raise taxes to support your miserable existence.

Your only redeeming value is that you will do the jobs that they won't do.

1. "Man wouldn't pay us unless he had to!" Chris Rock
I couldn't agree more. This is the second outstanding post I've seen today that needs attention.

This is such an important concept and operating method to grasp. It explains a great deal
throughout history.

2. Deregulation = Serfdom
The proponents of deregulation claim the market will regulate itself. We know it's not true, it never has, it never will. The fact is that the predators set the bar in the business world. If you don't follow the leader, you don't make the big bucks. Big bucks come at the expense of someone else. In the end, it's the little guy who gets screwed.

The boys knew this when they pushed through legislation to deregulate the corporate world. They knew damn well what was going to happen. They conspired all along to screw us out of whatever pittance of savings and equity we had managed to accumulate in the last 50 years. They did the same thing in 1929, with the same predictable results. It was the same fucking crew that busted out this market, that busted out the market then. It's just a new generation of the same predatory families that have been screwing the little guy for centuries.

8. There is one other way -- extinction.
And since they don't believe in evolution their options are self-limited to just that. Which is fine with me, as long as they don't take us with them.

11. They're not very good losers
as History has shown.

Look the way they kept WWII going so they could loot Europe and stash it. The GI's captured trainloads of loot in the closing days.

12. I don't think they ever accept loss. They think they are the master's of the universe
everyone else is wrong about them and inferior anyway. Any "defeat" is temporary, they just burrow in somewhere and wait for another opportunity to try to prove their superiority. And then they fail and burrow and try again. Stuck on stupid, forever looping.
They managed to get a lot of money this time though didn't they? Which will of course feed their false sense of superiority. Reminds of of a line from Star Wars (you'll forgive the reference):
"If money is what you love then money is what you shall have." Bottomless pits of grasping needy greed.

7. And they want to steal your pension
This recession seems to be all about robbing pension plans, which ties into your comment about the upper class's dislike for "useless eaters" and goverment taxes. Once you are too old or used up to do the jobs that they won't do, they want to take your pension and kick you to the curb.
