President Obama heads to London; criticism is now forbidden |
|
Remember all the foofaraw when Chimpy was off on some junket or other, embarrassing the United States, and someone would offer some mild criticism? Treason! the usual suspects harrumphed. You can't criticize the president when he's out of the country!
I wonder if the same rules hold, or if the talking chuckleheads will suddenly be not quite so circumspect now that the president isn't a Republican?

so I expect them to have already made plans to try to subvert President Obama's first overseas trip.
But the Obamas will be sitting down with interviewers from various corners of Europe (and elsewhere), and I think they will come off as refined, genuine, intelligent, global players.
The Right-Wingers back here on talk radio will be the rabid beasts howling at the moon through a crack in the outhouse roof.

2. Yes. I was thinking the very same thing this morning. |

I would bet money there will be no such "rule" followed now.
