Will Stevens' Prosecutors Be Investigated? |
|
Edited on Wed Apr-01-09 09:05 PM by tekisui
Holder did the right thing in dismissing the charges. The prosecutors messed it up.
The question is, was it intentional, and will they be investigated?

Get an in, and tug the threads. They are all connected in the web of lies and crimes. And, this is as clean a start as one could have. Let the crook go, because it was mishandled, and look at those who mishandled it.

It's so - no pun intended - bush league not to hand over the stuff the other side is entitled to. I mean, it's just a real basic tenet of trial work, and the idea that these CAREER employees of the DOJ pulled this shit is an indication that they've pulled other shit, and that's a red flag to Holder to start burrowing and nail these arrogant fuckers.
What's ridiculous is that these morons targeted a GOPig Senator, and, if they were big Chimpy Fucknuts fans, they did in one of their own.
I kind of suspect that they're not ideologues, but just stupid, sloppy assholes. I can't tell you what a basic and inexcusable set of mistakes they made with this Stevens case.
Holder is great. I met him a number of times, and appeared before him a few times, and he's smart. Smart, steady, solid, and no-nonsense. Obama reminds me a lot of Eric Holder...................

5. Botching this prosecution which was done under the Bush administration |

guaranteed Steven's would get off. It is a game. The Bush cabal and his political believers and supporters harpooned any chance of success for our country by ruining the economy with subversive operatives and operations in the financial industry, the judicial branches, the Pentagon and other classified constructs. Naomi Klein was on the mark. This is not tin foil hat stuff. I have known folks in the FBI and CIA that cannot to this day talk about what they did but do say things like, The American people would never believe what we really do and have done in their name. If they did the country and it's leaders would be in major trouble. :dem:
