Looks like somebody in Easton, PA, is in trouble. But, hey, it wasn't a prank -- at least that's what a city bigwig claims. He says it was just a "mistake."

A mistake? It was an audio clip put on the city's Web site.

2. Thats funny...
It was just an audio clip on a website MP3. This was not the response someone got when they called for help. Sounds like someone testing some recording software and goofing around.

The story title and thus your post title is VERY misleading.

If this is how it looks after they hire someone to improve it, I hate to think what it looked like before:

The link at the bottom of the page about the sewer bill screw up is kinda funny. Looks like mistakes are rampant in that town.
