and to that, I say I'd take their job for 1/2 the salary and contribute to 1/2 as many losses as their current "talent" has.

But quality is the exception, not the norm.
Work isn't valued. Workers aren't valued. Once "developing nations" get saturated and become "too expensive", things will turn right around. Might take a couple of decades, but in the end we're all lollipops. Suckers.
