This was last night.

Norm and his GOP masters are total creeps.

Ed's legal pal says that the Minn. SC and SCOTUS will pass it over and that Al will likely be eligible to be seated.

He says that Gov. Pawlenty has control over the whole thing at this point and that he will likely not sign until at least the Minn. Court has passed if not further.

So this thing will go on and on and on...

How are you feeling?
Did you have a chance to try any of the things suggested in that other thread?

7. I feel better today...not 100%...more like 60%
I've been having hot apple cider and a grated carrot/daikon (japanese radish) and umeboshi plum drink that mellows everything out. The daikon removes all oil and fat from your body, so that seems to be helping. Still, I couldn't get an appointment to see anyone til tomorrow, but I slept most of the day and that alone makes me feels better.

Thanks for asking.

2. The US Supreme Court won't take it.
If Minnesota has one, they probably will eventually.

4. No problem. This is what WE should have done.
Except WE would have WON in the recount. I suggest we take the Norm Coleman precedent to heart and cheer it on. AND USE IT.

5. The whole process has been to delay Franken being seated.
The idea has been to let the SCOTUS decide as they did in 2000. I don't think the court will even agree to hear the case as the Coleman people have not presented any arguments that have held any water from day one, but that is just my opinion.

6. Once the Minn. Supremes rule, Norm will take it to the lowest Federal Court...
that will hear the case. We have YEARS before Norm's lawyers allow it to go to the SCOTUS...
