Bobby Jindal Suggests Everyone Stop Spending Money On Preventing Natural Disasters. He Seriously Does This Thing.

In a statement that’s positive never to come back and haunt him, child ironist Bobby Jindal said he doesn’t think the government should be spending so much money monitoring possible natural disasters

Barack Obama isn't the only one who can fill a stadium. Republicans can fill a stadium, too!

2. Your post is good, but....
you should consider changing your title to match your content. The title makes him sound right, since no amount of money will "Prevent" a natural disaster.....

just a thought?

3. Maybe Bobby Jindal can shit enough cash to repair 100% all those shredded levees.
I'm sure somebody who advocates a "pull-yourself-up-by-the-bootstraps" philosophy wouldn't complain about having to pay for all the repairs himself. What stupidity. I cannot believe he became governor in a state ripped in half by Katrina. How uninformed can voters be?

4. You make it sound like he was actually elected
Louisiana is likely the single most corrupt state in the country. If that election was clean, I'll eat my hat.

Also worth mentioning is that very likely a large number of New orleans voters were disenfranchised because of the still-ongoing NOLA refugee crisis

7. Or we could just run all his self-serving press releases through the shredder

then mix 'em in with the newspaper they use to shore up the floodwalls.

I am NOT joking.

http://www.wwltv.com/local/stories/wwl042408tpleveepaper.98095b74.html

What he's talking about was witnessed by a St. Bernard Parish (=county; St. Bernard is adjacent to the Lower Ninth Ward -Ed.) resident who didn't want to be identified, but did have sharp criticism of the work done by a contractor hired by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers....

Instead of an airplane, it's a floodwall, and instead of a Band-Aid, the witness says two years ago, he saw the contractor filling the expansion joint or opening between the floodwalls with newspaper.

"The whole length of the wall was stuffed with newspaper."

But during a recent trip to the area, two years later, it was apparent that didn't happen. Much of the newspaper had deteriorated or been eaten by bugs, but some still remained. In fact WWL cameras even captured the date May 21, 2006, on a page of the Parade magazine from the Times-Picayune."
