On almost every right wing site the hard right are now talking about "taking immediate action", "taking back their Country", "ending the insanity now".

(Ironically the Free Republic have banned such comments).

The Obama is a Muslim crap is being spread by the Ex CIA Hate site again.

Glen Beck is stirring up race hate by attacking the aunt of President Obama.

There seems to me to be one direction that they are driving stupid bigots towards. That does not scare me as if any stupid bigot really tries something, I trust our Secret Service to make strawberry jam out of them. It saddens me that a once great Party has fallen so much that they are prepared to play with the lives of people and risk the lives of those that serve as the thin blue line.

Which comments are up for arrestable charges? Will we need to create some new laws to get arrest warrants
or are some current laws being violated now. If there are legal actionable violations, then they should be
