Are The Freepers Just Crazy Because They Lost Power? |
|
It seems like they're busting at the seams and casting aspersions at random without clarity, without logic, without passion. As if they're doing what they're programmed to do, without a foundational basis for their pantomime.
Bottom line is, THEY know their vaunted Republican leadership got us into this mess. They know their slogans have become the source of mockery; their conquests have failed, and their principles renounced. They are in no-man's land with no rudder and no paddle. And so they blather and pontificate and whine and complain and bellyache and carp and drone and fuss and gripe and grouse and yowl and whimper and wail and sob and snivel and mewl.
Amongst themselves.

7. Stop insulting Crazy People |
|
Crazy people were once sane, Freepers never even aspired to the heights of sanity.

3. No, they are crazy because they just figured out they never had power |
|
Delusional people can get pretty belligerent when there is serious challenge to their delusions. They used to be able to pretend they had power. That delusion just can't be supported now and they are pitching fits rather than look at reality.

6. I think they seem more crazy because that's all that's left |
|
Most moderates have moved to the Democratic party or simply have given up on politics. Basically the people on the hard lunatic right are what's left of the right after the past 8 years.

8. They've always been crazy |
|
Perhaps they've amped up their outbursts over the GOP losing power. But they're not any more crazy than they were in 2004.

12. Just Read William Pitts Newest Message |
|
And the bottom line is, these folks are ALWAYS crazy, but they're crazy on steroids when a new Democratic government is empowered in Washington.
As he aptly points out, there was freeper madness in the wake of the Clinton election in 1993.
Relative quiet from 2001 on.
And again armed insurrection following an Obama victory.
Res ipsa loquitur.
