Just saw a report about Putin's tight grip on Russia, which some are comparing to the old Soviet style leadership. He calls it Sovereign Democracy. I'm surprised */Cheney/Rove haven't come up with that one and I bet they're kicking themselves in the head for not having thought of it first.
