1. I think she is going to Indiana
to speak at a Right to Life thing and it's the last few days of their legislature; I could be wrong.

Palin- the new spokemodel for DS. ( and a big dose of political self promotion.

Palin remakes her image in time for 2012.

Alaska Democrats blast Gov. Palin for travel

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Alaska Democrats are blasting Gov. Sarah Palin's decision to travel outside the state this week as the state Legislature's session winds down.

Alaska Democratic Party chairwoman Patti Higgins says much work remains to be done and Palin's decision to leave is an abdications of her duties.

Among the legislation awaiting action this week is a federal stimulus package bill and the capital budget. Lawmakers traditionally take up the budget before adjourning.

Palin plans to attend events in Indiana that include a breakfast with S.M.I.L.E., a nonprofit support organization for people with family members who have Down syndrome.

6. Agree with you. I guess it drives hits to their website..
Maybe they could fit some of the ticker bits in their daily news reports if they stopped repeating the same old news all day.
Its annoying.

7. There are 72 hours left in the current legislative session.
Palin will be traveling for 32 of those hours. The Alaska legislature is not amused.
