I know personally I haven't seen any yet.

Looks like the rich kids in SB want nothing to do with their grandparents' little tantrums.....that's a young-ish town, University town, look at all these old people downtown! Maybe the old people there own most of the property (bought years before a tiny bungalow would run you $1.5 million) but shit any given time in Santa Barbara, downtown is teaming with young people.
