Can we start a petition to get Fox to put a disclaimer on 24? (24 is a fictional tv show)

I am so sick of having to remind the "pro torture" people that 24 is a tv show and is not real.

from a pro-torture person:
"If people had kidnapped your child, mother, or loved one and was threatening to kill them in a certain amount of time. What would YOU do to get them back safely. Just a thought for those that weep for tortured terrorist and forget the evil they perpetuate."

When has this situation EVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE YOU KNOW?
