Is "Swine Flu" another hyped POS to get tough Immigration Laws Passed?

I'm seeing hype about "Swine Flu" all over DU this Weekend...but I remember that GHOUL CHERTOFF who skipped New Orleans DROWNING to attend "Bird Flu Conference in Atlanta" ...and he always said..."that was a most important conference."

We've had so many "Fake Alerts" during Bush Admnistration about Flu and Viruses...yet the very things that KILL OUR PETS...and MAYBE "US" have come from China or our own lack of supervision by our FDA over Peanuts and Baby Food and all kinds of ALERTS about AMERICAN COMPANIES!

So...we now have "Swine Flu in Mexico." Just get those Limbaugh and the Rest folks on Faux News saying "CLOSE THE BORDERS...QUARENTEEN those MEXICANS!" and you get the Public OUTCRY against IMMIGRANTS that the RW is working for.

Swine Flue, Bird Flu...PANDEMICS...I still see that Ghoul, Chertoff's Hand in this. He has his own Consulting Company these days to push this stuff 24/7.

I really wish the Obama Administrtion would cut this stuff off and bring in REAL SCIENTISTS to talk about the Issue without all the Hooplah and Bush Type Polemics/Rhetoric and the rest.

since it only counts those who report an infection. Unlike most flu - healthy individuals may carry a higher risk. The CDC is working with it along with the World Health Organization and I know people who are working with the CDC on a reassortment that can be used for a vaccine (it might be ready by next year but this strain may be around for that long.
