Couldn't we do with Cheney/Rumsfeld/Bush detainees ?

We could rent a house in Maryland close to Cheney and Rumsfeldt, and one in Dallas near Shrub's new place and locate 1/3 of the detainees at each place.

Or the 1600 acre former pig farm near Crawford, Texas. We could give the 200 detainees 8 acres apiece to grow their own food. Perhaps even they would contract swine flu from the soil and one by one die off until they are gone. Is that cruel and unusual punishment.

I mean, the Shrub Administrations plan to solve the VA overload was to wait while the WWII vets were dying off at 1100 per day. Let the problem solve itself ???
