Finally we are in complete control |
|
With Arlen Spector and Al Franken that gives us 60 senate seats and no excuse not to go ahead with 100 per cent single payer health care.Get the burden of health care off of everyone`s back including all business.Pass it right now get the economy moving right now.Maybe we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

3. one more time: no, we're really not. |
|
Al Franken is still months away from being seated, and Arlen has made it clear that he's not an automatic 60th vote for cloture. Nor are several others. No matter how many times you write the same silly OP, it won't make your claim any truer. Furthermore, you know perfectly well that not enough dems support single payer to push it through. the best route to getting there, is still through providing a public option.
You're so transparent. It's amusing to watch your little games.

Too soon yet to call him a member of the Lieberman wing of the party, but we'll see.

9. Corporations run the country. And politicians. |

Until our government grows some stones and actually enacts policy that puts even a slight ding in the Great Steel Wall of Ubiquitous Corporate Control, that's teh way it be.

10. There is no 'we' in Washington to be in control. |
|
What is certain is that the repukes are dying a quick death. They are nearing complete irrelevance. Those that are in control are a coalition of Social and/or Economic Liberals with a wide range of variance amongst themselves.
