Auschwitz renovation paid by CIA torture camp profits?

OK. The Polish Prime Minister is asking for donations to spruce up Auschwitz. But the US must be paying Poland some hefty fees for keeping its rendition and torture sites in Poland so they could waterboard a man 183 times in one month there.

Idea: Poland uses some of that money to cover renovation cost at their other prison camps, the older ones that need renovation.
OR: now that the US camp is public knowledge, maybe Poland could ask the US for a surcharge for competing in the prison camp business.
Another alternative: Poland starts some adventure-tourism to the CIA camp, or maybe builds a theme park, and then uses the income to fix up the Holocaust site.

Otherwise, they might have to start charging an entrance fee at Auschwitz to pay for the renovation, and that would be clearly unacceptable.

It has long been clear that the CIA used the Szymany military airbase in Poland for extraordinary renditions. Now there is new evidence of a secret torture prison nearby.
