Why KO - I think you've got it |

Obama does want to keep the torture subject alive. Truth is slowly seeping out.

4. I have a sense that torture does to President Obama |
|
the same as it does to the rest of us who truly love our country and what she stands for. Torture is wrong, torture should be dealt with but I hope its not him who has to do it himself. The change we voted for is us being led by him, if that makes any sense.

5. Why reveal all the info at once |
|
when it's more fun (and politically advantageous) to watch the Bushies twist and turn in a torturous drip drip drip of endless releases.

an order from W himself. My bad - it's an email with W sanctioning torture. Damn these bastards are nailing themselves.

I have a hard time believing that nearly half of the American people are okay with torture. Somehow this country needs to be saturated with information of what we've done.

Keith and Rachel did not seem pleased with the answers regarding torture - and what it might mean for BushCo.

10. This is a touchy subject that has to be handled right |

What happened under Bush is going to have to be slowly released until it begins to eat into the brains of any sane people until enough of them demand someone be held accountable. Obama can't do this by himself.
Obama knows what he is doing.

15. I hope that's what's happening |
|
Because if we don't address this, someone else surely will, and they might not be too careful about getting just the perpetrators, architects and masterminds. But if folks don't mind dying for the crimes and sins of the Bush administration, by all means let us put the past behind us and hope the victims are similarly disposed.
