Some of the text (transcript not yet available):
Olbermann: Documents released yesterday.....offer very little additional information.
Pelosi has said, "We were not, I repeat, were not told that waterboarding or any of these other enhanced interrogation methods were used." Includes video from Rachel's show.
Pelosi : "Of the 40 CIA briefings to Congress reported recently in the press, I was only briefed once, on September 4, 2002, as I have previously stated...I was briefed on interrogation techniques the administration was considering using in the future."
CIA spokesman says no documentation that Pelosi was ever briefed specifically on waterboarding.
Pelosi still cannot disclose classified information even now. Also, if she went to the White House with this they would have said that their Justice Dept says it's legal and blow her off.
Pelosi is calling for a commission on torture. If she thought she was quilty of something, would she do that?
I agree with Keith and his guest, Jonathan Landay...time to call the GOP's bluff and investigate terrorism. Who authorized it, who carried it out and who knew? Put up or shut up!
